How to get support for STMS...

To record an issue with our technical support team or suggest features that you would find useful in STMS, please send email to support@strategy9.com. A ticket will be assigned which will allow you to track the progress of your request. Be sure to include the specific issue or error encountered and any steps that were taken. If possible, submit a screenshot of the specific error as well.

Our support staff is on-call and ready to answer any questions that you might have over phone or email. All clients are provided with a Strategy9 support contact list incase emergency support is required outside of office hours.
