Overview

EmployeeIQ was developed with the intention of creating an interactive, convenient and enjoyable employee training curriculum.  The objective of this program is to encourage learning, provide a platform in which results and knowledge can be measured, and to recognize and reward effort.  The EmployeeIQ system consists of four parts: an online learning center, an interactive game show testing interface, an online rewards store or auction, and a backend administration and reporting interface. All components of EmployeeIQ can be customized to accommodate the needs of your company and employees.

 EmployeeIQ is web-based and takes the form of a trivia game. Each employee is given the ability to login and participate in training quizzes. Customized questions regarding your business’s policies, procedures, products and any other information of value are presented to each user.  The questions may range in difficulty and have a variety of point values.  Participating in trivia testing enables employees to compete for top scores, and use their points to bid on prizes.
